Bad replenishment and empty products
Wasn’t a pleasant experience low stock on the floor was looking for dog food and dog shampoo and dog power for tics and flees had to go to 2 different branches to get what I need got home without the tics and flees powder. Then decided to get a refill for my raid mosquito killer which when I got home it was empty went to spar in pinetown and super spar in pinetown by pinewalk. The one in pinewalk I was lucky to get assistance on the dog shampoo pick up my raid refill didn’t check because I’m assuming it’s full like every other store I go to but it empty product is not in the box

Poor service
I’ve ordered my router on Mweb on Friday they sent a link to Rica it I did but now my order is on hold due to them saying I’m missing documents. Now been on hold on they live chat for over an hour

MCD consultant great service
Hi phoned yesterday for assistance regarding my clearance and for a refund on the extra funds that’s were taken on my last debit. A lady by the name of Mishkah assisted and wow I never expected a call back to update on which clearance letters she managed I was expecting an email but she phoned and emailed me. Again this morning I wake up to an email from her updating me on what later she’s waiting for so that I can get my refund

IFA clientèle
I cancelled my policy on the 16th of July and I was told my money will be back in my account within 8 days, after 6 days I decided to check again if it was cancelled I was told yes it and funds would be in my acc with 48hr. I haven’t experienced such poor service like this in a long time. Now I’m going to look like the bad guy when the company is quick to take my money and doesn’t wanna bring it back when I don’t wanna do it anymore

Data problems
Worst network right now I've just spent R140 trying to buy data and still don't have it I just keep getting messages of me not having enough funds to complete.... it's ****n annoying I left telkom for better data deals but seems like it was better because I never had these problems

This network is bull**** I bought R200 last night to by the R199 (100GB). I did buy the 100GB then I decided to stream the Man City game around 11pm then it stop when I checked I had no data no airtime whe I call them this morning they telling me my 100GB purchase didn't go through so I was using my R200 to watch the game like that my problem why the **** send me and sms saying my data was loaded when it not. I left cellc few years back decided to come back since yall had better deals but this is bull****

Worst online service
I bought a book using the online site on the 22nd December , waited 2 weeks for the book until I canceled my order. Now the company doesn't want to refund me my money, they sent me an email asking for my banking account to refund me on 7th of January. Till today I'm still waiting for my refund no one is calling to update me or even sending an email

Hi I just don't know what's happening with FNB but I'm ready to leave the bank that comes up with things nobody can explain like why do I have a #item paid No funds its me on payment of R125 in my account.
