Think twice before using iFloors in Weltevreden Park

The Ifloor team quoted to repair our laminated flooring. We were quoted and paid for the work upfront. Their installers arrived and had to remove the existing floor, put a screed down, and reinstall the floor again. All was quoted for and paid upfront. The installers can be described like a bull in a china shop. All the floor planks were thrown against our newly painted lounge wall and substantial damage was done. We will have to repaint as a result. When my wife raised the problem of the damages, the owner refused to finish the job and offered to pay us part of the money we paid back. They refuse to finish the job, and don't want to take any responsibility for the damages. We have received no refund to date and no proof of payment is provided. My advise to anyone out there is to stay away and find a more reputable company to deal with!
