This is the worst internet company in South Africa. If the Willie-the-bot cant help you, it is almost impossible to speak to a person. The keep you busy for days on Whats App. After two days on Whats App, and after I have been transferred to several departments, I eventually spoke to Ephraim. I told him that I am being ********** and that they have been overcharging me for years. I gave him several examples of where I can get the same service with the same up and download speed for significantly cheaper. I am paying R1099 for a 50meg up and download line. He then matched the opposition price and reduced my payment to R789 but added a R999 cancellation fee. All of this was finalized on 28 February 2026. I have just received my bill and it is again R1099. No change has been made! I immediately contacted them on the Whats App line and I have already been transferred to three departments. I am waiting for the 3rd department to give me a response. What a disgrace! How do companies stay alive in this day and age with this kind of service. I guess the answer is by ripping people off!
Extremely slow and bad service by Liam. I have been trying for t o days to do a deal with them. Liam just doesn’t come back to you with the requested information. Liam also told me that Aquanet supplies inferior quality products. After investigation I realised that Aquanet offers a better warranty and the same specs, at a much lower price. Liam Also told me that Aquanet copied there designs. Liam is disinterested and couldn't care if he gets the order or not. One of the worst sales people I ever had to deal with. Stay away!
I am travelling in the USA and arranged for my Global card to be used to make payments during my travels. FNB decided to block my card leaving me stranded in the USA unable to make any payments. No Prior communication or contact from them at all. Just blocked the card with a one sided decision and no communication about this prior or after the decision. I have contacted the secure chat line but they can't help. Leaving me and my family at risk! They can contact me on USA number (321) 314-6307
No reply on secure chat, tried yesterday and only received a reply after 2h30 min and after I have given up. Tried again this morning and haven't received a reply for more than 30 min. My FNB Connect phone stopped receiving and making phone calls since yeaterday and I am about to travel overseas.
I made my number prepaid to port away from Cell C. Cell C had ****** all my data and minutes in the process. I paid for this how can they just ***** it? Cell C also has the worst reception in industry! I have to make at least three or for phone calls to finish a conversation!
After a pre- appointment was made, i still had to wait for an hour and 14 minutes. I am just fed up with this Medicross outlet. I will not go back! Many people that arrived after me was helped and finished before me. Spare yourselves the frustration. The tecipe is one where the poor doktors are snowed under with appointments and Medicross laughs all the way to the bank!
I have just been turned away at the FNB slow lounge at iDurban - King Shaka airport. The lounge was almost empty but because I was early for my flight, I was turned away. I went to the Bidvest lounge that received me with a smile. As a Private Wealth client I noticed that the FNB eBucks rewards have been reduced to only 50% of the benefit on the same level compared to a year ago. This incident forced me to consider a move away from FNB. I am currently weighing up my options. This incident is like a slap in the face after being a loyal client for many years. FNB is sliding downhill!

You can't phone Webafrica for support. You have to enter into a waiting list on an online chat, or alternatively contact them.on the Same hats app number. Both methods have the same outcome. I have waited more than 4 hours and no success. Stay away from this service provider. It is easier to engage with home affairs than Webafrica!
On the 23rd of January 2023 I have ordered products on line from Bidorbuy. I have paid in full to the amount of R1079. The next day I have recieved an email.from the supplier by names Khaya Mhlongo notifying me that they don't have stock and that they have to refund me. It was followed up on the 24th, 25th as well as 27th. No feedback.was received and no refund was given. Today, the 1st of February, I still havn't received any feedback or refund.
