I would give this business NO STARS if I could. Despite waiting for more than 2 weeks for their assistance with an internet service that did not work (as usual), I was forced to pay their account to avoid being on the register of bad debt. They are shameless.... I had to take leave since we were at our holiday home in the Eastern Cape. They simply did not care that we had no access and did not bother to follow up on my numerous calls etc. They also insisted that I pay for a technician call out that basically did not do anything to improve our continued bad line. The people that came out did not bother to replace the frayed and faulty cable. I was told I had to be grateful that the technicians picked up my housekeeper so that she could open up the house for them to have access....that this meant they had gone above and beyond their duties... This was once a thriving family business and we had the best service....how sad that these big company takeovers just result in unhappy customers.....and dismal service....
