I’ve been a member of this gym for several months now, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating.
First off, the check-in system is a nightmare. The barcode scanner rarely works – I’ve had to wait around or get staff to manually check me in more times than I can count. This might sound small, but when you're trying to squeeze in a workout, every minute matters.
The Vitality points system is broken and has been for a while. I’ve followed all the steps, linked my account, and still – nothing. No points, no updates, and no real help from staff when I try to raise the issue. It's extremely disappointing, especially when part of the reason for joining was the Vitality rewards.
To make things worse, personal trainers are practically nonexistent. You’ll see their names and schedules on posters, but when you actually need assistance or try to book a session, good luck finding anyone. It feels like you’re completely on your own.
Overall, this gym seems more focused on getting new sign-ups than actually providing a reliable service. I expected better – I have canceled my membership and now they are charging us a forture.
