Management at World of wellness Somerset west are ************* and ********* .a Bunch of Bullies !!!
World of wellness gym Somerset west offers disgusting service.staff and operations manager Maco Van Wyk and his team does not honour contracts,from gym member who signed up with ignite before they took over the gym and now labelled it world of wellness ..they treat customers unfairly and want to bully people into opening up new memberships with them. They also do not want to cancel any contacts even though they are defaulting on the contract signed with ignite before they took over without warning

21 Nov 2025, 19:55As stated by Word of wellness in an email to me ....after I advised that the contract was pitched to me under the pretence of the buddy access and was the only reason I signed up with ignite and there was no mention of world of wellness taking over ....this was their response : a basic F you to their clients "
- Your own “buddy” access was never a legal contract, profile or membership in its own right. It was a promotional add-on run by Ignite, and no documentation for it was transferred to us. That is why we cannot “cancel” a contract for you personally – there isn’t one "
