World of wellness gym Somerset west offers disgusting service.staff and operations manager Maco Van Wyk and his team does not honour contracts,from gym member who signed up with ignite before they took over the gym and now labelled it world of wellness ..they treat customers unfairly and want to bully people into opening up new memberships with them. They also do not want to cancel any contacts even though they are defaulting on the contract signed with ignite before they took over without warning
Ignite gym changed to world of wellness in somerset west However all promotions have been canceled and I was not informend. My current contract is still in place ,yet i am being told that due to ownership there is nothing they can do about it . The staff at world of wellness are *********** in resolving or even assisting in finding a resolution for this. The gym has poor customer server and client etiquette. As my contract is still on going . I was told that world of well took over but does not have the contracts but they have my personal information. This is *********
I was in a accident Monday morning and reported it to the insurance company, I did everything from my end ,filed a accident report and sent that to the company ...I phoned the Monday and was told that a consultant named Romano Naido was assigned to my claim and that he will contain me within 24 hours I did not receive any phone call and had to phone them the next day and they told me that he will call of send an email .and the day went by without any communication from daildirect . I phoned this morning and eventually spoke to Roman Naido who informed me that their investigator Frikkie would be in contact with me and that I should expect a call from him ,I told Roman that I will only be available between a Certain time and he noted that ,while I'm at work I get a phone call from my 14 year old brother that there was people at my house looking for me and they asked him questions about the car ...first of all I was informed that frikkie would call me not go to my house ,a complete stranger ,without my knowledge and approval to investigate if the car stays there...I have a tracker on my car and if they needed to verify that they could have looked on my tracker history .then on top of that when I phoned frikkie he asked a bunch of questions on my where abouts for that night ,mind you if I was drunk the police would not have left me ..after the phone call with frikkie I felt as though the insurance company does not believe that I was in accident but I fail to understand how I cam lie about that when they have my car in their warehouse ,when I phoned to speak to Roman I was told that he was on lunch and I asked to speak to his supervisor who didn't answer and kept me waiting on the line until they called Roman back from lunch as tho Mrs Dora does not think I'm important enough ...you do not send a Stanger without prior notice to someone's house in a day and age where people get ****d in their own Homes ,you did not have permission to speak to a minor about my insurance claim and you do not make a though the customer is lying about the accident. I feel like you guys profile people and then decide if you are going to pay out or not ..the service is ridiculous
This morning while going to buy a gift at Lovisa somerset mall. I entered the store and there was only one sales person, I got the items I needed, I got to the till and was being ignored by the sales consultant while she was searching for something .the customer she was busy with told her to assist me as they were still looking and I was ready to pay ,she turned her back towards me and said " I'm helping this customer "..I asked if could pay and go since I've been waiting and it's clear that she is just searching for items still ,she then turned towards me at the till and told me I did not need to speak to her that way ...I was shocked as I was assertive but not rude and in no way did I attack her. She continued to exchange word with me trying to make me understand that she thinks I was being rude ...do Lovisa train staff to attack customer and to exchange words with them ? I was not Rude and felt very embarrassed by this consultant who spoke to me like that while there was other customers instore...this experience was horrible
Buying my first car with auto pedigree stand branch has turned into a complete nightmare, at first it was all promp and as soon as the deal was done the excuses and delays started. I felt like a used piece of ****, I had to wait for my plates eventually my dad had to take the car to get it road worthy, when the plates came we had to struggle to put it on and had to go to them to put it on ...the marks on the car Has yet to be removed by the rocon center it looks like someone put tipex on my car ...it's been almost 6 months and if I don't follow up I don't get feedback, and when I do follow up I have to wait on dates from the manager and that takes weeks for them to get back to me ...I hear stuff like " il check with Dennis and call you back " and a week goes by and nothing until I follow up.this service is utterly ridiculous as it feel like I am more competent than the manager and his team ...I have lost all my trust in this company and will never urge anyone to do business with auto pedigree and I will definitely not do business with this company in future .
My phone's charging block broke, on 30July 2020 I went to my Telkom store in Somerset Mall.. I was told that the waiting period is 21-22 working days Its October and I still don't have my phone. I've gone back to the store numerous times and the only answer I get is " I dont know when you will receive your phone back", " we don't phone the insurance company" I've asked consultants to ask the manager to call me back as I do not have sufficient time to keep going back to the store and no manager has called me back or even shown interest in my situation, I've called the 180 line and one of the consultants told me that there isn't anyone's number they can give me and if my phone is lost there is nothing they can do This nonchalant attitude makes me wish I've never done business with Telkom, it's utterly disappointing that no one cares to follow up on customers issues, and that I've been to the store so many times and get the same answers, it's enough to drive anyone insane and it's so frustrating. There is no direct line to the store and at this stage I'm completely defeated as no one cares to assist me TELKOM YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS UTTERLY HORRIBLE!!!!! YOUR BUSINESS CARES ABOUT MONEY NOT PEOPLE AND ITS SEEN IN THE WAY YOUR FRONT LINE STAFF AND MANAGER DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS .. I consider myself a lady and I will not go to the store and make a scene that's beneath me Giving them one star is too much credit for such poor service.
