I called Vodacom cancellations on 135 from my Vodacom cellphone and at first was hesitant to cancel my contract but due to my poor interaction With Ayanda Gumede I was reassured to definitely cancel due to my interaction with her.Several times during my interaction with Ayanda she was rude spoke over me whilst I was still speaking failed to answer my questions in particular I did confirm to her that in the last three years I have not received any invoices from Vodacom and I wanted to confirm the email address she has on the system as I did not want the cancellation confirmation to be sent to an incorrect email address then I would not have access to the email,she initially refused till I expressed my disatisfaction.
