Poor bad service
I recently moved in Protea Village on the 2 May . Same day I moved same day inspection was done after several calls I made . All I can say is I moved in into a *** style place with blocked drains ,door like literally everything in this place is nightmare. 3 days waiting to plumber to come and im told they will come on Monday because is previous owner issue that but is also my my problem but im the one seating with the smelling house now . I opted to rent with Igrow thinking is the best company by far but all I can say is the experience is the worst . We wearing musk like is covid because we can't stand the smell in the house for 3 days in this smelly place and no one cares about us as along as payment is done on our ends they happy

Unfortunately, there was a delay in arranging the previous tenant’s exit inspection, which impacted the scheduling of certain maintenance items before occupation.
Please note that our maintenance team and contractors were onsite attending to the reported issues, including the drainage concerns, and the necessary work is currently being addressed.The matter was attended to as soon as the necessary access and inspections were completed. Kindly advise who said all has been fixed . The drain smell still there. Half of the issue was done. The unit smells like drop down toilet . My sister stays in the complex the unit was vacant way before but nothing was done. You sent contractors out while we already moved in . Painting done while inside the house and left at 20:30 and left to clean after the mess and the broke my couch leg and paint stain on my furniture and I don't blame them is bound to happend because people stay there . This is not how things are done. Client must moved into a place that is clean not the *** house you sent us into .
There's lot of issues that still not resolved. Garage door not working
There cocroaches in the place
Curtain rails
All walls in the unit are dirty
Door handle
Dobroken windows
Outside tap
Tiles issues upstairs rooms
Like the list is endless
And to get such respond clearly shows that our emails and call im making are going into dead ears
