Deposit refund-worst rental experience

Tirong views. The worst rental experience ever!! When I moved in the walls outside were dirty,broken furniture and cheap materials,poor maintenance. I moved out end of February after staying for three months,now that I have to get my deposit back I was told I will not get my refund back to due smalls dirty stains on the wall,instead I’m charged R9200 which is ridiculous,and I found the place which chipped walls.
