Tirong views. The worst rental experience ever!! When I moved in the walls outside were dirty,broken furniture and cheap materials,poor maintenance. I moved out end of February after staying for three months,now that I have to get my deposit back I was told I will not get my refund back to due smalls dirty stains on the wall,instead I’m charged R9200 which is ridiculous,and I found the place which chipped walls. This place is a total **** !!I want my refund

I’ve received very poor service from this company,first I app**** for fibre last December and was advised there’s no coverage in my area,to my surprise in March I started receiving WhatsApp texts that the router is on the way and was delivered,a technician was sent and still found there’s no coverage,I told the technician that I was surprised as to why I received the router cos I was told I don’t have coverage,I called Mweb and they collected the router now I’m told I’m liable to pay for collection,why? I don’t understand I spoke to Noma from collections who was very rude and never tried assisting and transferred me to Mbali who was also not will to assist nor allowed me to explain. This is bad service why am I being charged for something I never requested for?my credit is ruined by something I never asked for
My order was supposed to be delivered on Friday but got an abnormal error,again today the same thing… Worst service ever,I need my package please ASAP
I have a problem with linking my dstv account on the website /app tried calling customer service center my call was disconnected by the agents 2 times without assistance Tried the live chat a person replies after hours I finally got through to njabulo who only asked for my ID and contact number then closed my chat.... <p>Last year I was told to pay R570 to close up my woolworths account,I did pay it and was emailed a settlement letter,but recently i've been receiving messages that I should pay Woolworths, I've recieved messages with Woolworths reference number that I will be blacklisted if I don't pay,I don't understand why,when I check on my credit berue Woolworths still appears. I've never experienced such in my life.please remove my name!!!!!!!!</p>
