Payment collected no delivery
<p>Paid both the deposit and the balance on an order which which reportedly arrived in Apr'17. That was the end of it, emails bounce back, phones switched off or dogs' barking as an answer. They probably collected the money and closed the shop. Am not even convinced that container has ever been loaded and despatched.</p>

Where have they gone?
<p>I bought a number of items from them over the last few years. They have been very reliable and I have had no reason to complain. The wrong item was delivered once, but they arranged to collect and swap it the very same day. I also received my last order in May on time and without any issues. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews here. </p>

Where have they gone?
<p>I bought a number of items from them over the last few years. They have been very reliable and I have had no reason to complain. The wrong item was delivered once, but they arranged to collect and swap it the very same day. I also received my last order in May on time and without any issues. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews here. </p>

Can't get hold of them
<p>Unlike some of the other reviewers we have received our products with the 28 April shipment bar a little hook for the swing we bought. I cannot get hold of them now but they were supposed to look into this. We ordered R5500 worth of items so we were more fortunate than the others that we got our stuff bar R100 worth of hooks. Have ordered from them a few times in the past and never had any issues so I am a bit sad to hear this has changed.</p>

Can't get hold of them

NEVADA FURNITURE-SCAM- FRAUD!!
<p>Nevada Furniture supposedly import furniture from Ikea overseas. However, please proceed with the utmost cuation when ordering items from Nevada Furniture. I ordered items from them in October 2016. I paid a deposit and was later told my products were ready and was asked to pay the remiander of the amount. I did this and thereafter I was told my items went missing at customs. I was given the option to reorder which I did and then I was told my order went missing again!! I then asked for a refund which I was told I would be paid. I am still waiting and it is now the beginning of June 2107. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical and amounts to FRAUD. Please do not purchase anything from this company, they are scamming their customers!!</p> <p> </p>

Fraud. Products are not delivered.
<p>Full payment was made and goods were never delivered. The telephone number given was a false number, emails were never answered. The company is registered under a false name. Do not make use of Nevada Furniture.</p>

Horrible service
<p>I purchased a craft trolley from then and when assembling the item I seen the part was damaged, emailed them. They requested photos of the part which I did and they sent through the wrong part two weeks after the initial delivery I received the correct part and once again assembled . This time the trolley was lob Siding. Emailed them but no reply till now asking them to please send a replacment. They have no contact number on their site only way is email and they don't repond.</p>
