<p>I bought a number of items from them over the last few years. They have been very reliable and I have had no reason to complain. The wrong item was delivered once, but they arranged to collect and swap it the very same day. I also received my last order in May on time and without any issues. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews here. </p>
<p>Please explain to me how Paradox alarm systems are sold to anyone at various online and retail stores in SA for DIY installation, but if you have an issue Spectrum refuse to providetechnical support. Instead they insist that you get an installer out. Should you not ONLY be selling to installers then?</p> <p> </p> <p>Fed up with this nonsense</p>
<p>I logged a query online on 1 September about discrepancies relating to the timing of quarterly Cashback rewards. I only received a response this morning - i.e. over three weeks later. The response was generic and did not answer my query at all. Why can't you read and try to understand before responding to queries? I also logged via phone about the same issue and I was supposed to get feedback within 24 hours. Guess what? I am still waiting! Since December my online profile shows a different timing of quarterly rewards, e.g. Aug-Oct, but the actual rewards cash backs are for Sep-Nov (which is correct). But why is there a one moth discrepancy on my profile? You need to fix this. Honestly you are irritating me to the n-th degree with your pathetic service.</p>
<p>why all of a sudden can your system not accept 6 digits for a post box number. You have for 6 years been sending mail to this post box number. How ,any times do I have to phone to get this sorted out. Now you are sending mail to my residential address - why???? What planet are you from?</p>
<p>I've been trying to track international parcel RM238802262DE (local tracking number: RI290477525ZA) since 28 June 2016 when it arrives at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre. No luck getting hold of anyione on the phone. Where is my parcel?</p>
5 Pairs and all of them with the same problem: the strap snaps between the toes. Havaianas are probably the most expensive of their type - but they are also the only ones I've had that snap between the toes. I phoned their customer care line this morning just to be told that they're very sorry, but there is only a 6 month guarantee and they can't do anything for me if they're older than that. Really? After having had the same problem with 5 pairs? Hopeless!

I ordered a video intercom on Saturday and was told that the order would be placed on Monday and the item should be there on Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon when I went there the stock had not arrived yet. What makes it worse is that it took the guy 40 minutes to finally tell me that the stock had not arrived. He left me at the counter saying that he was going to check whether they had received the stock and came back with items for other customers instead.
