Ikhutsa looks superior, behaves inferior

They are unprofessional. Took 3 days to respond. Changed pricing when you say you have a rewards voucher. Suddenly a half day package goes from 4 hours and many treatments to 2.5hrs to few treatments and no meal etc. My group of friends have paid R1000 before at other places for half days. 2.5hrs is a treatment time not a half day. The owner said that there are many half day packages but if you look on their website there is ONLY ONE that is a standard one excluding the other occasion offers. If theyre like this, can only imagine what sub standard products they use. dont bother going to them.
