Do not get Mtn contract from prepaid
If you are on prepaid and considering to move to contract, DO NOT DO IT. after I transitioned to contract after being on prepaid I stopped getting the made4me bundles. It has been almost 2 years and after emailing Mtn, calling them, there has been no change. I get my data through telkom now with a second Sim card as I have to keep my number for calls etc. Do not go to contract.

Don't get contract with MTN. Stay on prepaid
Don't ever change from prepaid to contract with Mtn. Rather buy your cell on credit and stay on prepaid. I changed, and since I changed, 1.5years now they have not sent me one "made4u" offer. They hook you on prepaid and then deny deals on contract.

Poor finance and communication.
Went for xrays. Their finance department is absolutely horrid. The lady is rude and has no communication skills. I see I'm not the only person here who has issues with the finance lady.

Snatcher is a Catch!
Wow what value got money! Goods came on time and we're packaged well. Exactly the same quality as takealot but cheaper. The reason 4 stars and not 5, is that there's no free delivery option.

Snatcher good. Not a ****
Was easy to order and pay and receive delivery. Everything was as ordered. Store is not a ****. The only reason they got 4 stars and not 5 stars was because they had a supplier delay and never kept me updated so it did take long to rceieve items ordered.

False advertising. Check your items in person
Good sales service. Terrible after sales service. They put wrong dimensions on website and expect you to pay R500 to get what they advertised. They have false advertising. They try to correct mistakes hence they get 2 stars instead of one and they try to accommodate your upholstery requests but takes them long to get it right. The owner however, doesn't have the same customer service as her staff. Pray you never have to deal with her.....

Kic don't care about customers that's why their rating is so low
My fridge had a manufacturer default. Discovered it after a year when someone told me it shouldn't be like that. I didn't know. Kic says they don't make that fridge anymore and instead of replacing it with a similar fridge, I mean they are a manufacturer, they want to refund me only and after a year I can never get a fridge for that price. And I don't have the money to add to buy a more expensive fridge. They a manufacturer, they can easily replace with similar fridge, but they honestly don't care

Ikhutsa looks superior, behaves inferior
They are unprofessional. Took 3 days to respond. Changed pricing when you say you have a rewards voucher. Suddenly a half day package goes from 4 hours and many treatments to 2.5hrs to few treatments and no meal etc. My group of friends have paid R1000 before at other places for half days. 2.5hrs is a treatment time not a half day. The owner said that there are many half day packages but if you look on their website there is ONLY ONE that is a standard one excluding the other occasion offers. If theyre like this, can only imagine what sub standard products they use. dont bother going to them.

HP wireless Printers are a big NO!
If you're thinking about buying a wireless printer, DONT ever buy a HP Printer. It is the hardest printer to setup yourself at home. You follow theit instructions which ask you to download HP Smart and after that nothing at all. The printer light continues blinking and their support pages to assist you doesn't assist. Basically you probably have to spend more money getting a technician to assist.
