No Refund yet
On March the 25 I made an online purchase at iKura Express. Upon receipt of the goods I was not satisfied and returned it immediately. They requested my banking details in order to refund me. They keep on telling me that they have done the refund, yet when i request a proof of payment it cannot be provided.

Ikura express cannot be trusted
Empty promises. They are importers. I placed an order and followed up after a month. I have been promised next day delivery twice and have still not received my order. I wonder if they even import the oredered items or do they just steal your money?
