I should rather give a rating of -10 stars. I am being harrased by this group regarding a Pathcare account which my medical aid is busy sorting out. Everyday 2 -3 calls.
I ordered a medical necklace and paid for it on the 2nd of August 2021. No delivery or any feedback regarding progress of order. I find it extremely frustrating as there is no way of contacting them, except via email. Extremely poor and unprofessional service

On March the 25 I made an online purchase at iKura Express. Upon receipt of the goods I was not satisfied and returned it immediately. They requested my banking details in order to refund me. They keep on telling me that they have done the refund, yet when i request a proof of payment it cannot be provided.
ON THE 14TH OF DECEMBER 2017 I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM SARS WITH REGARD TO MY TAX ASSESSMENT. UP TO DATE I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED THE MONEYS OWED TO ME. THEIR EXCUSE STILL IS THAT IT HAS BEEN ESCALATED AND THAT THEY ARE NOT DONE WITH THE VERIFICATION OF MY INFORMATION. THIS IS AFTER WE HAVE BEEN TO THE SARS OFFICES TO PERSONALLY HAND IN ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. MY REFERENCE NUMBER IS ********** 176.
