We dis not have water for a day and when the water returned, our geyser was dripping. We called drain surgeon. Their service was good, but I find their call-out fee exorbitant. The cost of the repair was R2000 for 10 min work of which R1600 was the call-out fee. Quite ridiculous. Have already located a plumber that charges R500 call-out dee. Will not use them again.
Worst service ever. First they sold our tiles which was already paid for. then they managed to get stock from another supplier - which is great . Then we had to wait forever for the delivery of the tiles - was told they will pick up at 8:00 in Bedfordview and then deliver to us in Randburg - we only received delivery at 13:15. Promises, promises and no delivery. Absolutely shocking. will never use them again.
I was looking for an extended warranty plan - they phoned me and annoyed me until I took out he policy. I then e-mailed back to correct items on the policy and the never returned my mail or called me. I e-mailed customer service, they sent an automated e-mail that they will respond within 48 hours - which did not happen. I phoned them now and are now waiting for the 3rd person to speak to. When I took out the policy, I was advised that I can't pay it once off, it is a monthly payment. Now the 2nd person tells me that was wrong and I could take it out with once-off payment. Now the policy is gong off every month...... what a mess - they have no idea what they are doing, don't respond to mails and they call themselves a financial advisor - they are part of M-Sure. I have been on the phone for 35 minutes now and nothing has been sorted out apart from my policy start date that has been corrected.
