I had booked a trip and paid a deposit before Covid. I have had phone calls from Brenda regarding the deposit and would I like to allocate it to another trip So I sent her an e-mail on the 10/03/2023 regarding a new trip. She phoned to confirm she had received the e-mail. That is the end of the service- no reply to e-mails and if you phone they treat you like an irritation that has the audicity to complain about NO services. They will take time out of their busy day to give Brenda the message!!!!!!!!!! Why phone if you do NOT want the customer. Why send e-mails advertising your trips. What would be nice is to get my refund back- but I am not holding my breath.
