SOLAR- DON'T THINK THE CLIENT IS IMPORTANT
You have to make appointments to fit in with them . Then they don't arrive on time and if I am lucky they will be at my home 2 hours later. No communication, you have to find them to find out what is happening. If your technican is so busy- make a time that he can be at the client on time. So you can't complain about the service- cause there is none

BOOKING A TRIP
I had booked a trip and paid a deposit before Covid. I have had phone calls from Brenda regarding the deposit and would I like to allocate it to another trip So I sent her an e-mail on the 10/03/2023 regarding a new trip. She phoned to confirm she had received the e-mail. That is the end of the service- no reply to e-mails and if you phone they treat you like an irritation that has the audicity to complain about NO services. They will take time out of their busy day to give Brenda the message!!!!!!!!!! Why phone if you do NOT want the customer. Why send e-mails advertising your trips. What would be nice is to get my refund back- but I am not holding my breath.

SPRINGBOKS/LIONS
As we are in Level4 lockdown- no pubs or restaurants are open and you shouldn't have all the family around to watch the Springboks -it would have been/ will be a good jesture of SA Rugby/ M-net to show the games live . not everyone has the full M_Net package

POTHOLES/ROBOTS
The longer they take to fix ALL the potholes, the more damage there will be to the roads-which means it is MORE expensive to fix. Fix the robots properly- they work for a few hours, then switch off again. With all the schools opening -it is a nightmare

NON DELIEVERY
ROSEWHOLSALE ADVERTISES THROUGH THE FACEBOOK SITE SO YOU WOULD THINK THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE. THEY WERE QUITE HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY FOR THE GOODS AND THE COURIER SERVICE. NOW OVER 2 MONTHS LATER, NO GOODS HAVE RECIEVED AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE COURIER SERVICE..<br> WHY DID THEY TAKE THE MONEY IF THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF DELIVERING
