Shocking penalties - Imaginet

An assistant uploaded data to my website hosted by Imaginet. I have a limit of 2gb but 9 gb was apparently uploaded. In the circumstances, they charged me almost R 1000 per month for additional usage (penalty) and took it from my bank account. I did not know about it. I never signed up for these exorbitant penalties and it is directly against the Conventional Penalties Act to charge a penalty far out of proportion to possible damages. This is "daylight *******" and they refuse to give me any credit. I now cancelled all my hosting provided by them as you can get packages far cheaper from other providers. For instance: Hosting: Imaginet 8gb: R 454, Afrihost 10gb R 149, you do the maths. And you run the risk that they might "impose a penalty" and highly over charge you on debit order like they did in my case. I am now trying to get their physical address to issue summons against them, as it is not even given on their website. So, my advice, go elsewhere. It looks like they became greedy.
