Poor communication (e-mail) and risky assumptions
Not very happy with the service provided by this organisation. No tracking details are provided, no e-mail communication regarding delivery type/status/date, assumptions made that the client will be at home to receive an unscheduled delivery, assumptions that the client is always available via cell phone, no e-mail correspondence or follow-up after failed unscheduled delivery. Really expected a bit more, but so you learn!

iMed - FALSE ADVERTISING!
Purchased 25 pack HIV so called 'test kits'. This 'kit' contains; 1. 1 x buffervsolution bottle of approx 5ml! For 25 test cartridges??? Get real! 2. No "finger *****ers" included! You call this a kit?!?! Stay away from this company - this is blatantly FALSE ADVERTISING!
