Once again PnP Faerie Glen has failed to disappoint by overcharging me nearly 250% for a 1L bottle of Orange Juice. These bottles, which I buy almost daily, usually retail for approx. R30.00 plus change. Imagine my surprise when I noticed at home that the charge was suddenly R119.99. I have to ask management, where is the due diligence and oversight when pricing items? Are your staff so jaded and disinterested in customer service that they impetuously carry out their tasks? As a pensioner (and, of course, in general) , I really expect PnP management to implement effective supervision and have some form of ethical orientation. This kind of predatory merchandising is ********, and is now the last straw for my family and I. Checkers, here we come.
Not very happy with the service provided by this organisation. No tracking details are provided, no e-mail communication regarding delivery type/status/date, assumptions made that the client will be at home to receive an unscheduled delivery, assumptions that the client is always available via cell phone, no e-mail correspondence or follow-up after failed unscheduled delivery. Really expected a bit more, but so you learn!
You know the saying, "it's all good until it isn't". As a long-standing customer of BTW Midrand, I recently had cause to purchase some rubber from them, namely, X1 racing cut slick rear, X2 Pirelli MT60's (front & rear) and X2 Kenda pitbike/scooter (front & rear) hoops. Succinctly the following: cut slick, brand new and fitted well (to rim I provided). Pirelli MT 60 rear, old dull, dusted tyre, sold as 'brand new' to rim I provided. Tyre loses air while bike is on paddock stands (bike never used with 'new' tyre - owner says, possibly a puncture ... try figure that one out). Scooter tyres, rear rim damaged, trying to lever tyre off rim, despite my informing staff of need to 'split rim'. Upon enquiry, (only about the rear Pirelli losing air, mind you) owner responds with a patronising e-mail, never pausing to investigate my circumstances regarding the purchases, my track record with BTW Midrand, or recent purchase history, with his understudy. My business, ladies and gents will be taken to a service provider who knows something about, and appreciates, customer support.
DSV received instructions mid-May 2023 from Standard Bank SA (VAF) to courier/deliver a NATIS document to me in Pretoria (all name & address details correctly supp**** by the bank) - a relatively easy and straightforward activity, don't you agree? To my disbelief and utter horror, DSV saw fit to deliver the document to a person in Pietermaritzburg with a name not even similar to mine (confirmed by their employee Fhulufhelo Ramusugu - recording/transcript available) . I was promised a retrieval of the document and a delivery soon thereafter. Since then, no tracking communication, unanswered calls, unanswered e-mails, etc., need I go on! This company is a crying shame and a disgrace, I actually feel embarrassed for them and their CEO. Notwithstanding, I am now without registration papers and my bank generated paid-up letter leaving me in a severely compromised position - with no recourse, it seems, to a solution. DSV are obviously a bunch of idiots without integrity or ethics, that prey on customers with impunity!! What is your reply DSV, or will you continue to make light of the matter and hide behind a veil of silence and manufactured anonymity??????
UPS is the worst courier "service" I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They do not respond to customer queries/pleas for feedback and hide behind a veil of silence and obvious disrespect for legitimate customer queries. Well done UPS!!!!!
I ordered 2 tins of paint from Builders (Woodlands) online (in-stock) for delivery more than 10 days ago as I have recently had open heart surgery and am prohibited from driving (otherwise I would have collected it at the store myself. After 8 e-mails all I received (on the 11th day) was a feeble and insincere telephonic excuse. Builders has no idea what customer service is, no ethics or morals and are a disgrace in more ways than one. I am out of pocket and Buildets does not give a damn. Buy from them online at your peril!
I ordered X2 five litre paint tins more than a week ago. Builders has not managed to deliver them a mere 7 kilometres down the road in all this time. Decide for yourself, but I will never patronise this group in any way, shape or form again - pathetic!!!
Once again, PnP has unashamedly victimised, cheated and blatantly preyed on the consumer (me) - in the process stealing my hard earned money! They advertise specials, which I bought several of (in all good faith) on 4 May 2022. Upon arriving home, I noticed to my shock that I was charged full price for all advertised specials (amounting to hundreds of Rand extra). Sure, go back and complain, but it is not so easy as that, considering the logistics thereof. Even if a refund is given, no apology is received from indifferent and rude staff, and it definitely does not detract from the criminal way in which PnP is doing business and the false advertising that augments this practice. They will NEVER, see me or any of my family again - period!
I would just like to compliment MX Alliance and especially Johan for the wonderful service they have provided to me.

On two occasions they have assisted me in obtaining the relevant part for my motorcycle and have consistently kept me in the loop. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.

I will continue using them for my motorcycle accessory needs, they are indeed my service provider of choice..

Well done guys - kudos.

Regards

Joe Herbig
It's been 1 year since Autopage saw fit to backbill me TEN THOUSAND RAND for a purported 5 days of out-of-bundle internet usage. People, come on ..., my entire yearly account only just exceeds R10K!!!. Despite many, many requests for assistance Autopage has still not responded effectively to my plea for a thorough investigation. Sure I received a print out which alleges certain usage, but this is something that is so obviously wrong and something I am vehemently disputing. Attempts to obtain the URL history have fallen on deaf ears and I have been shunted from pillar to post. Well done Autopage, you might have my money, but you won't be having me as a customer for very much longer. As soon as my current contract expires I am going to source an ethical vendor and it will be GOOD RIDDANCE!!
