I want to purchase a pre-paid data SIM. I'm 20+ years a MTN customer. I'm billed monthly (right up until OCT 2024!) for my contract, yet I'm required to PROVE WHO I AM for a data SIM? Something is wrong here! Am I a ghost 20+ year customer?

Shipment from Lusaka, Zambia back to SA. Item under warranty. Shipment on hold since 11 Sept 2024. DHL consultant requested my documentation (23 Sept 2024) to prove I was out of SA - documents supp****. 8 October 2024 - I have to follow up with DHL as to WHY my package is still 'on hold'! Why did DHL not contact me? They have all the required personal details but no.....too much effort, initiative required on their behalf to follow up, contact me! South Africa + service delivery = myth! And to think I paid R895 for this pathetic DHL Express "service"! (I flew back to SA 23 Sept ... and this item is STILL 'on hold! I may as well have brought it back with me!!!)
This is NO WAY to conduct a business! All I would like is a quote of a certain battery but I must provide all my personal details? For a quote? Why? Change your business model!
Meat World - Elarduspark I bought one packet ox tail for R297. Bought two packets corned beef On cutting open the ox tail pack I nearly threw up! Threw that in the dustbin! On opening the corned beef, the one had an awful smell.... Threw that in the dustbin too! Meat world - your standards are SHOCKING!
Useless useless useless! What does the app help when you cannot login to access the help/assistance function? Even your own online desktop site...... 'Complaints'...... no 'send' button! Ref. No was issued ± 6 days ago, to unlock online banking. I was assured within 24 ~ 48 hours I would be contacted & issue would be resolved. (Received and returned FNB form, via email.) *NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME YET!* 3 x ph calls this morning ; dropped! 1 x ph call rudely ended! My Ref. no has now been 'escalated'. Not good enough - another 24 ~ 48 hr LIE!?!?! I NEED ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT! NOW!

Do not ever buy a Defy product! Defy is NOT the once proudly South African company it once was! It now appears to be a subsidiary of Arçelik, a Turkish company. Support is useless, customer assistance / satisfaction does not exist! Buy Hisense, Samsung....anything else *but* Defy!
