Worst service you can imagine - Don't give a **** about customer service
Avoid if you can their service is shocking, I have been 5 days without electricity and they don't have a care in the world.
I am treated like a second class piece of *******.
Cut me off twice, while trying to resolve the problem.
Communication is slow and disjointed.

04 Mar 2026, 13:50I called Impact Meters Offices this afternoon the lady confirmed the technician would be by me before 4 pm today, so far nothing. I don't appreciate being **** too or being held to ransom for money.
