Avoid if you can their service is shocking, I have been 5 days without electricity and they don't have a care in the world. I am treated like a second class piece of *******. Cut me off twice, while trying to resolve the problem. Communication is slow and disjointed.
I app**** for Finance with Auto Pedigree for a vehicle on Tuesday 29tth April 2025 after visiting the Krugersdop Branch earlier in the morning and talking to Collen the sales representative. I sent an email through to the salesperson Collen at the Krugersdorp branch later in the afternoon on the 29th April only to be told the next day 30 April he has problems with his email and i had o resend my email in the morning on the 30th April 2025 to a colleague at the Randburg branch Enerst. I supp**** all the necessary company documentation via email and ehatsapp, with contact details of the director of the company. It was mentioned by Collen on Wednesday afternoon around 3pm, that the deal has been approved and pushed through from Auto Pedigrees side by overriding the application process for approval. Collen requested I please supply all the necessary bank statements to finalise everything as requested, which i supp**** to him around 3:30 pm on the 30th April 2025 otherwise they would have to lodge a new application if received the next day. Collen stated he would contact me on the 1st May with feedback but I received no calls. I tried contacting him yesterday 1st May but couldnt get hold of Collen. Firday 2nd May, I have tried calling Collen on his cell phone, I called Auto Pedigree Krugersdorp three times with the phone call being dropped on me the first time and the second time being told they dont have electricity. All i am trying to find out is what is happening with the application. I even sent an email to both Collen and Enerst with no response. Sorry to say the service is poor, considering this isnt a individual looking to buy a vehicle through yourselves but a company. Is it to difficultt to provide feedback to your prospective customers? I would like an update on where my purchase is. Your tracking function on your website isn't regularly updated. I ordered this item on the 2nd of November, today is the 11th of November, 9 days later and I still don't have any idea what's going on. My daughter's 3rd birthday is on Monday the 13th of November, but I don't put any hope of this purchase arriving before then. Should of used Takealot.com it would of been a better option and alot quicker. At this rate might get the R 2500 purchase which included delivery before Christmas.

Today is a week later and again i have no idea who the driver is, no sms message is provided to me regarding this. Again no one will turn up, i have been at home since early this morning it is now 12:49 pm on Friday the 15 September 23, a week later after rescheduling the delivery because of your incompetence. Message i received at 7:30 am but on your tracking system online there is no indication it has even left Kimberly for my address. Your MTN order will be delivered today. Delivery times are pathetic, I spend over R 4000 a month on baby products paid for the baby essentials on the 26th August 2021 only to be told they will be delivered on the 7th September. There is a 9 month old baby and a two year old that need nappies and milk takealot.com!!!! That’s my order number 92772672 Think I’ll take my business to Pick n Pay or Dis-Chem next month.
New to Fedhealth medical aid, after numerous requests for a confirmation email and confirmation of the level of cover, payment dates and policy documentation had no further reply after the sales agent received all the paperwork signed from myside. I requested email after email some policy document or confirmation, nothing. Just after a quick sale aren’t you?!! Steers Mokpane, this is not the first time when ordering online, something with the order is not present when delivered. Last time it was chips and today yet again chips aren't present. Now the rest of the food is getting cold while we wait for the chips to arrive and your delivery guy to return back from town with the chips.
I renewed my contract on the 1st June 2018, at the same time I asked for a new sim card as the one I had was damaged. It has been a month and a half today is July the 13 and I have been into your stores seven times to request that my sim card isn't working Cradelstone Mall, Clear Water Mall, Key West Mall. The lady at Cradel Stone that assisted me with my upgrade was Dansile on the 1st of June. Is it that hard to get a customers sim card re-activated when doing a sim swop MTN.???????
Ordered was placed via the Steers app at 07:18 pm at 08:19 pm I phoned Steers Lifestyle only to get told the driver is on his way? Really! I live 5 minutes down the road and it takes over an hour to deliver a burger, Steers your services sucks .
