Absolutely no help

Im writing on behalf of a friend, she is having a very hard time getting hold of or getting an answer from anyone to help her, she is trying to long into the optimi app and it is saying her email isn't verified. She has in about 2 weeks send maybe 15 emails begging to help. She cannot teach her child, because she has ebooks. This is bladey pathetic
