Absolutely no help
Im writing on behalf of a friend, she is having a very hard time getting hold of or getting an answer from anyone to help her, she is trying to long into the optimi app and it is saying her email isn't verified. She has in about 2 weeks send maybe 15 emails begging to help. She cannot teach her child, because she has ebooks. This is bladey pathetic

No contact from then!!???
My name is Eunece and i am disgusted with platinum life , last year i asked for an upgrade and the said only September or October 2023 and never heard anything and I've been emailed or contacted again since December 2023 I have asked for my statements of the missed and payed payments from start of contract, NO ONE EVER COMES BACK TO ME, I am on the point of getting my lawyer involved

Rotten carrots
I normally love shopping at pick n pay but this time and the previous one was abit of a let down. We bought the R100 vegetables special and ive always bought it that way and have never had a problem till this year. Twice we got vegetables and about 3-4 days after some of the vegetables are rotten and mouldy . I have photos. Of Course we didn't think it was ganna happen again so we dont have the slip . But its really not acceptable. Help!!
