12 Mar 2026, 08:54I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my refund by Impaq. Despite numerous discussions and confirmations, including a telephone conversation with Mr. Lethabo, a sales manager, that a full refund would be processed without any cancellation fee, I have only received a partial payment of R273.00 on 11th March 2026. I have a full recording where a confirmation of the full refund was confirmed by Mr. Lethabo.
As of today, 12th March 2026, my inquiries have been met with indifference, and I've been passed from one person to another with promises of callbacks that have not materialized. I demand that this matter be resolved immediately.
I expect the full refund to be processed without further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and the outstanding amount by close of business today, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
I await your prompt response and resolution.
