Inapropriate deceit/ conned

Dear Hannes

Kindly note there was no paper delay stated on the day of the auction.

You have enlightened me the vehicle is used as per the copy you provided me first with on day of the auction as attached at your perusal.

Cannot accept this vehicle as now upon receiving the papers and it shows builtup this is code 3, as this was also not stated. This information being code 3 built up was not stated on the day of the auction. Where i distinctly asked Mr Hannes also Mr Lucky, and you provided a copy as attached showing used now when Mr Lucky delivered the papers it shows built up.

I cannot accept this vehicle and need a refund.

Have enlightened the insurance this is not a built up as you stated you only had a copy. After calling you today as the vehicle vin number and details was not reconciling.

Upon receiving the originals today by Mr Lucky i found the information contrary and being deceived again.

As this shows you lack business ethics, basic morals and scruples.

How is it possible that you auction a vehicle not knowing the status used or built up. Hence not stipulating this either. Nor have you stipulated that theres no papers.

Upon not wanting to take the vehicle as there was no papers nor was this stated. You than wanted to eat my deposit.

Now its evident that i am due a refund based on being conned.
