DO NOT SERVICE A FORD HERE - they do not carry parts. They order parts from JHB.
My Ford Everest Platinum is less than two years old, it has 15 000km on the clock. I picked up a service light, sent the car in and was told it was a part that needs to come from JHB so they could not hand back the car. How can a Ford dealership not carry parts? How is it acceptable that they have NO loan cars? How is it acceptable that this happens to a new car?
