DO NOT SERVICE A FORD HERE - they do not carry parts. They order parts from JHB. My Ford Everest Platinum is less than two years old, it has 15 000km on the clock. I picked up a service light, sent the car in and was told it was a part that needs to come from JHB so they could not hand back the car. How can a Ford dealership not carry parts? How is it acceptable that they have NO loan cars? How is it acceptable that this happens to a new car?
DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE ITEMS YOU ORDERD AND OR ADDRESS YOUR COMPLAINT.
This company is absolutely useless at engaging with their loyal customers and sorting out their product faults. I do not recommend anyone buy a product from Garmin in South Africa. You will have endless nightmares and problems.
Discovery Purple sell themselves as a boutique banking experience, in reality they a call centre with zero customer centricity. The only perk is the airport queue. Nothing more, nothing less.
Does anyone actually work there? I have tried twice to get technical support - one for 19 mins on hold and the other for 32 mins on hold.
Not sure how it takes 2hrs to make and deliver sushi 1km up the road. They kept on changing the time on Uber Eats. Not even a phone call from the restaurant. When the sushi eventually arrived it was soggy and tasted terrible.
We used Furnisure to manufacture and supply x2 bedside tables. We sent specific measurements to them. Unfortunately they ignored the measurements and build specs. The units delivered are of an incredibly poor quality. I reached out to the company who committed to refunding me and collecting their bedside tables. Its now been two weeks and they continue to ignore my messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
