I have been having a problem with my Ford Kuga now for sometime, my car has spent more time with Imperial Ford and nothing ever gets done. They tell you lies and dont even work on your vehicle. I am currently driving my vehicle while waiting a part now for more than three weeks. And my Kuga is getting worse. And dont even try to speak to Mark the Manager he is just full of promises and never gets back to you. I have a noise in my car for the last year, I think they have clued everything down to "sort" the noise but no pleasure. And they lost my service book nice, its like your safety does not mean anything. you pay a high price for a vehicle just to end up with no satisfaction on after service. I travel long distances with my vehicle but at this stage i am scared just to travel to the fuel station. My car just starts losing power and just starts jerking. I really feel like the Ford service department has no idea what they are doing on my vehicle and my safety is on the line every time i get into my vehicle. So going for 4 weeks now waiting for spares. And I know that even after the "relay" will be replaced I am still going to have a problem because no problems are every seemed to be sorted at Imperial Ford Kempton Park.
