I bought a hubble battery at kempston voltex in 2023. And was informed via the salesman that if anything happens and I need assistance in the future I don't need to worry. As long as I can provide them with a serial number they have everything on there system. Now 2026 we have a problem and voltex is not assisting at all. I have sent them the serial number. I have sent them the date and screenshot of my bankstankstate where I paid them. I was assaulted and ****** of my handbag and laptop in 2024 and cant provide any other paperwork. But if voltex has all the details on the system we can't they assist us. Now my daughter is sitting without a battery back up which is supposed to be a very good battery on the market. We paid over R31000 for the battery but no after sales assistance. Our money was good enough in 2023 but voltex warranty is worth 0. We even sent then the coca they requested
Bad Service with claim department. Your money is good enough but when you need assistance with a claim. They use everything and every excuse not to assist with your damages
I placed an order online with KFC kemgate 100 Soutpansberg Kempton Park online. My husband when to collect only to be informed they never received the order. I have an email confirming of the order and payment. An hour later and still no order to collect. This is pathetic. Our order has been messed up before. One order once wasn't packed correctly and all our food including the mash was all over the bag.
After my review netstar informed me that a refund will be passed on the double deduction. Still no refund.
Netstar deducted a double premie at the end of december 2025. After phoning them earlier in January 2026 and speaking with the most rudest person ever. And saying a refund will be processed. I left it and waited for the refund. No refund received. I waited to see if Netstar will deduct a premie end of January. And yes they did.
I have handed my airfryer in my repairs under warranty, 23/06/2025. Received one sms to inform me my appliance has been received. Trying to call them ever-sence. No answer. You get cut-off. Or if someone do answer. Will call back im 5min. Its almost 2 months.
We renewed our contract. We where offered 125min and 50gigs. But only received 100min???? Now nobody is getting back to us

I bought a bags of sweets at spar komatipoort When we opened the bag it wasn't what we bought. The bag had sour worms etc in it. I called the consumer for spar. I just received a call informing me that is correct. I have photos saying a different story. I even when to buy another bag of the same sweets. No problems. I can't tolerate sour things. My grandkids ate the sweets And spar didn't even think about the disappointment for us as buyers. Glenda from spar phoned me and said she was informed it's all fine.
When your premies is good enough but your claim is just a joke for them. We submitted a claim 2 weeks ago regarding a natural spring that is coming up in our backyard. Our backyard is like a swamp now. My one dog fell into the hole so big it has become. The water is causing our rooms to have damp in them now. My granddaughters are sleeping in the room. Our backyard is busy sinking. Auto and General don't get back to us regarding the claim. We have to call them. And then we ate told the case manager will call us before the end of day. What a joke. We have been waiting for almost a week now for the call. No call. The grass is being to sink in. My border fencing is being damage. My backyard at the flat is just mud. I want to know if the house starts sinking in is auto and general still just going to say they will call us back before the end of the working day. Or when we are covered under mud and our house has totally sink in.
