VERY USELESS,,,FROM SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO WORKSHOP MANAGER. I BROUGHT CAR IN ON THURSDAY 03/DECEMBER/2020 TILL TODAY 09/DECEMBER/2020 FOR CLUTCH, EVEN TODAY THEY KEEP ON SAYING THEY ARE WAITING FOR AUTHORIZATION. NO PHONE CALL FROM THEIR SALES MAN,,WHEN YOU CALL,THEY ALWAYS PROMISE TO CALL ME BACK...I SERVICE MY CAR AT FORD KEMPTONPARK BUT EVERY 2 MONTHS FAN BELD IS BROKEN ,THEY KEEP ON REPLACING WITHOUT CHECKING THE COURSE...VERY USELESS....AS SOON I HAD MY CAR BACK, I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK. THIS PEOPLE ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT THE SERVICE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT OUR LIFES....VERY USELESS

recently purchased a vehicle from Ford Kempton, what a terrible experience. Upon test driving the vehicle a mentioned to them that the brakes on the vehicle are making a noise. I was advised that the vehicle will receive a full service before I collect it, I also noted to them that the USB cover was missing and was advised that this would be replaced at their cost. Less than a month after I purchased the vehicle I took it back to them, as the brakes were once again making a noise. I was then advised that my vehicle can be collected later that day, however this was not the case and it was only ready a few days later. Ford advised that they skimmed the brake discs and that the matter has been resolved. Yet again, with less than a month passing I experienced the same issue with the brakes and I returned my vehicle to Ford. This time I was advised that the brakes in the vehicle is of low quality and that all the Renaults have this issue. The sales consultant then went in to tell me that their manager advised that they will not be replacing the brakes as they feel it is too expensive and should I like to replace them it would be at my expense. After numerous attempts to get a time frame from Ford as to when I will be receiving the USB cover, I was advised that they are ordering one as they do not have one on hand. I was advised that they will not pay for a cover as it is more expensive then what they initially thought. Thus once again I did not receive the service I was promised when purchasing the vehicle. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional, as I was advised on the purchase of the vehicle that these matters will be resolved before I collect the vehicle. Ford Kempton fails to take any responsibility for their terrible customer service. I will NEVER again purchase a vehicle Ford, as I feel that they are pathetic and do not care for their clients, they only seem to care about making empty promises to make money out of you.

The service at ford kempton park is always amazing, sent my car on thursday the 15th of October 2020 because of a clutch failure it was repaired by monday the 19th of October 2020. The service consultant Hettie was very friendly and proffessional and even offered a discount for my repair. Keep up the good work.

It's been two months now that I have bought my vehicle from Motus Ford Kempton park. The service I received at first was good and I got a good deal on the car. But now the whole experience is being ruined by the fact that I still have not received my spare key a whole 2 months later having bought the car. I have called numerous times and have followed up on the matter numerous times for me and still have not gotten concrete answer or action taking place. It's very disappointing because you go to a brand as big as ford Expecting to get great service and that whole experience gets ruined by something as simple as getting a spare key for a customer. This makes me very unhappy because I am a loyal Ford Customer and this is my second ford vehicle, but the next time someone is interested in buying a vehicle I don't think it will be easy for me to recommend them to the brand due to the hassle I am going through

I just bought a ford figo titanium 2019 top spec , they give you a car with apollo tyres i have complain about the tyres that has 0 grip in rain and all i hear is we will get back to you that is now a week gone past , maybe somebody needs to loose there live before they do something , after sales from this dealer is bad really bad

Writing on behalf of my mother..... HOW LONG IS SHE STILL GOING TO WAIT? She owns a 2016 Ford Eco Sport. It has been sent in to get the clutch fixed for 9 or over 9 times to get the clutch fixed. This last time she took it in in the month of August and it is November. 3 MONTHS. They sms her " to please bring it in for service" while it is there. When asked about the progress on the car they just respond by saying " It is now parked as the service technician is working on something else." Ford is in my opinion one of the worst car sales companies in South Africa. They should be ashamed of themselves. Taking peoples hard earned money and selling them a vehicle that wont even make 20000 kilometers without starting to break. It is as if she saved up to buy a brand new car just so it can break and stand broken at the Ford premises. After sales has been the wort experience at Imperial Ford Kempton Park. Filled with evading answers and stupid comments about what is wrong and how they will fix this. When I asked them how they are going to fix the shudder and shaking of the car, they responded that they will just reset the computers... ***? NEVER support these people in your life. They are a bunch of scammers and liars. Rating them with 1 star is too much praise.

I have been having a problem with my Ford Kuga now for sometime, my car has spent more time with Imperial Ford and nothing ever gets done. They tell you lies and dont even work on your vehicle. I am currently driving my vehicle while waiting a part now for more than three weeks. And my Kuga is getting worse. And dont even try to speak to Mark the Manager he is just full of promises and never gets back to you. I have a noise in my car for the last year, I think they have clued everything down to "sort" the noise but no pleasure. And they lost my service book nice, its like your safety does not mean anything. you pay a high price for a vehicle just to end up with no satisfaction on after service. I travel long distances with my vehicle but at this stage i am scared just to travel to the fuel station. My car just starts losing power and just starts jerking. I really feel like the Ford service department has no idea what they are doing on my vehicle and my safety is on the line every time i get into my vehicle. So going for 4 weeks now waiting for spares. And I know that even after the "relay" will be replaced I am still going to have a problem because no problems are every seemed to be sorted at Imperial Ford Kempton Park.

Definitely the worst service ever. After my service booklet being incorrectly stamped by Ford Kempton Park my booklet read that my next service was at 110,000km. So when I took it for it's service, I was told that it was 5,000km late because the service was due at 105,000km. When I got my vehicle back; the airfilter was loose, the engin was full of oil and indicator lights came on on the dashboard. The vehicle was taken back to Ford which now said that the Turbo broke. When I requested from the Motor Maintenance Plan that I have to pay for this; they said they won't pay as the vehicle was taken in "late" for it's service. I have been sitting without a vehicle for a week now and have to follow up with Ford the whole time. It is due to their negligence that I am sitting in this situation.
