I have been struggling to get my card delivered to my place of residence. First of all the agent wrote down the incorrect address and I had to get this corrected. Then the address had to be corrected and I had to wait several days. Today my card had to be delivered and the driver still had the wrong address, I tried to direct him he still got lost. I tried to call him he is nolonger answering my calls. I am very very frustrated... It's month end and I should be using my card but instead I am getting such Terrible service. FNB needs to change whoever they are using as their delivery service Because they are not good at what they do
It's been two months now that I have bought my vehicle from Motus Ford Kempton park. The service I received at first was good and I got a good deal on the car. But now the whole experience is being ruined by the fact that I still have not received my spare key a whole 2 months later having bought the car. I have called numerous times and have followed up on the matter numerous times for me and still have not gotten concrete answer or action taking place. It's very disappointing because you go to a brand as big as ford Expecting to get great service and that whole experience gets ruined by something as simple as getting a spare key for a customer. This makes me very unhappy because I am a loyal Ford Customer and this is my second ford vehicle, but the next time someone is interested in buying a vehicle I don't think it will be easy for me to recommend them to the brand due to the hassle I am going through
I had lunch at the McDonald's at Blue hills in Midrand and was given a distasteful attitude by one of the ladies when I asked about my order who also spoke to me in a tone I did not like
I have sent through a form for a double debit that was done on my account. I have completed the form , and got a reference number, yet when I call into the call centre department they can't assist me nor do they know how far my query is. I am at a point where I feel I need to switch banks because after 5 years of being with FNB I find this to be very incompetent and this horrible service to be a spot in the face. Originally I was told that the query would be resolved in 5 days, now I am being told it will take 7 days and the fact that my query can't be seen on the system makes me feel like no one is even attending to my query
