I am disappointed from the service I received, I have an insurance with Dial Direct and have been paying my premiums religiously. On the 19th of May 2025 I was involved in an accident where a taxi driver did not stop at a robot and bumped into me despite my effort to swerve away. I submitted everything including the footage of the accident and my claim was paid successfully. Recovering my excess?? I have to beg Telesure to give me an update of which they never respond to emails, their telephone complaints handling line is not working, that is the reason why taxi drivers drive recklessly because they know they can get away with it. Even today I am waiting for feedback on how they are planning to recover my hard earned money.
Liquid Capital service is ****! I mean they captured my vehicle details incorrectly and I have been saying this since I have taken a policy with them but they never bothered to change it. Now that I have to extend the contract they say they will have to cancel and requote me with correct vehicle details, do these people think we have time to take their long calls as if we do not have work ourselves? I mean whose fault is it that they captured incorrect information? And how have they been approving the incorrect vehicle claim?
Never open a Fusion Account with FNB you will regret when you no longer want the services it comes with. They have been failing to update my credit profile since March 2023 and despite me following them with calls and emails and the chats I am still not helped. What a sad time to be banking with them.
The service always great. Been with them since 2016 and they have been exceptional. Will surely insure my other cars with them in future. Premiums resoanable, service on call centre and app excellent

I recently ordered a birthday package for my best friend which consisted of a personalized water bottle, chocolates and a balloon on the 8th of March 2023. the order was delivered incomplete on the 9th of March 2023, The balloon was never delivered, and she was not aware of what I have ordered, when she called the delivery guy he said they were out of stock but this was never communicated to me as I am the one who ordered the gift, delivery guy said they will refund me. I waited for 48hours and called call centre where I spoke to a Rethabile who gave me a stinking attitude saying why am I only calling now after so many days? this is after I had attempted to chat online and waited for more than 30 minutes for a response on the 13th of March 2023. The call was made on the 14th of March 2023 so how was I not supposed not to believe the delivery guy that the money will be refunded?
Thank dial direct for being a trusted insurer...I was unlucky in Joburg to be hit and run by a taxi driverand my vehicle was damaged. dial direct made the claim process easy and quick and my claim was processed. I am waiting for the repairer to make an appointment to fix the car and soon we will be back on the road. Thank you
The service at ford kempton park is always amazing, sent my car on thursday the 15th of October 2020 because of a clutch failure it was repaired by monday the 19th of October 2020. The service consultant Hettie was very friendly and proffessional and even offered a discount for my repair. Keep up the good work.
I am very happy with the service dial direct has been rendering over the years i have insured my car with them, I recently had an accident on the 14th of August 2020 and they processed my claim very quickly and my car was repaired with no hustles.On 15th of October I had a breakdown on my way to fix a clutch at a dealership and called for road assistance, the consultant i spoke to was very quick to help. Keep up the good work
<p>if you do not want your family to suffer when you are dead do not take those Hollard policies they sell at Edcon, service very poor. i have called Edcon for more than 3 times requesting policy documents and no luck even today. same documents were requested from clientele and within 10 minutes they were sent. taking my life cover to clientele</p>
