am so Disgusted by the terrible service I have got from these people. So far Every time I have tried to withdraw my money from easy equities they have delayed and given multiple excuses as to why they can't return my money on the time that i requested , the operator told me there was a system error and that why they cant pay me , i lost R14 000 , this is the worst company ever

recently purchased a vehicle from Ford Kempton, what a terrible experience. Upon test driving the vehicle a mentioned to them that the brakes on the vehicle are making a noise. I was advised that the vehicle will receive a full service before I collect it, I also noted to them that the USB cover was missing and was advised that this would be replaced at their cost. Less than a month after I purchased the vehicle I took it back to them, as the brakes were once again making a noise. I was then advised that my vehicle can be collected later that day, however this was not the case and it was only ready a few days later. Ford advised that they skimmed the brake discs and that the matter has been resolved. Yet again, with less than a month passing I experienced the same issue with the brakes and I returned my vehicle to Ford. This time I was advised that the brakes in the vehicle is of low quality and that all the Renaults have this issue. The sales consultant then went in to tell me that their manager advised that they will not be replacing the brakes as they feel it is too expensive and should I like to replace them it would be at my expense. After numerous attempts to get a time frame from Ford as to when I will be receiving the USB cover, I was advised that they are ordering one as they do not have one on hand. I was advised that they will not pay for a cover as it is more expensive then what they initially thought. Thus once again I did not receive the service I was promised when purchasing the vehicle. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional, as I was advised on the purchase of the vehicle that these matters will be resolved before I collect the vehicle. Ford Kempton fails to take any responsibility for their terrible customer service. I will NEVER again purchase a vehicle Ford, as I feel that they are pathetic and do not care for their clients, they only seem to care about making empty promises to make money out of you.
