I want to start by saying that I have no complaints about my system itself — it works perfectly and I’ve had no issues with its performance. My concern, however, is with the after-sales service. The problems began when I ordered an additional battery and two panels. The first delivery included a second-hand battery with a damaged casing and two used panels. After a long back-and-forth, the batteries were replaced with brand new ones, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the two second-hand panels have still not been replaced to this day. In addition, the app has been completely unreliable — it doesn’t work, and I currently have no control over the system I’m paying for.
I just bought a ford figo titanium 2019 top spec , they give you a car with apollo tyres i have complain about the tyres that has 0 grip in rain and all i hear is we will get back to you that is now a week gone past , maybe somebody needs to loose there live before they do something , after sales from this dealer is bad really bad
