Honda Northcliff - Car Service.
I have done my car service on 17/09/2018 for 60000 kms (Honda Job Number:65K38370), The tax invoice confirms the job was done and the battery was verified and status is "OK".
On 20th Sep 2018. The vehicle was not starting. I called the Honda Northcliff Service division and reported the problem at 12:10 PM. The consultant took my details and said they will call me in 10 min after verifying with technician. I waited for call with no response, Called twice to report the incident. Finally after 3 hours I have to talk with them again just to listen that they will send technician in 30 min. So made my plans to go to HI-Q, got the battery report, which confirm that the battery was not checked during service. Did call Honda to inform about the HI-Q report, the consultant said I will get call from service manager which never happened.
This gives me doubt on the service done on the CRV. which costed me 4 hours time on the road waiting for help.
