Internet ( Fiber) was down from Friday 5:00 PM (19th Nov). Raised ticket with Vodacom, still the ticket has not been assigned. No ETA. Vodacom: Dear customer this is your ticket number for Fiber link down SR221118-537892 its will take 24\72hours . Thank you for calling . your ticket it's was escalated as well. Calling Vodacom customer care but no update.
Vodacom has wrongly billed me, have raised service request with Vodacom (SR180 ********** 13), its now 20 days but still its not been addressed. Is this the correct forum to discuss such issues, please suggest. Thanks Sri ********** 157
Honda Northcliff - Car Service. I have done my car service on 17/09/2018 for 60000 kms (Honda Job Number:65K38370), The tax invoice confirms the job was done and the battery was verified and status is "OK". On 20th Sep 2018. The vehicle was not starting. I called the Honda Northcliff Service division and reported the problem at 12:10 PM. The consultant took my details and said they will call me in 10 min after verifying with technician. I waited for call with no response, Called twice to report the incident. Finally after 3 hours I have to talk with them again just to listen that they will send technician in 30 min. So made my plans to go to HI-Q, got the battery report, which confirm that the battery was not checked during service. Did call Honda to inform about the HI-Q report, the consultant said I will get call from service manager which never happened. This gives me doubt on the service done on the CRV. which costed me 4 hours time on the road waiting for help. Thanks Sri ********** 157

Good Day, Its been one of the worst experience with Vodacom Fibre. We used to have Evotel connection, which is taken over by Vodacom. Account number: I ********** -7 It recently came to my notice that i am paying lot more for 10MBPS line when compared to my neighbors in same complex. My neighbours pay 400 approx, i am paying 604. Now suddenly i had received communication that my discount period is finished and have to pay 1007 ZAR for the same service but my neighbors still pays same 400. I have discussed this with vodacom customer care regarding the same. 1. They say they will call me, but never got call back regarding my problem. 2. Vodacom sales person comes to complex and offers new connection of double speed i.e 20 MBPS @ 670 ZAR. So i have called the customer care to upgrade to get this offer, but its been almost a month still the case is pending. Sales Order # SO180 ********** 99 This has resulted me in paying extra 200 ZAR until 1st Aug 2018. now its 600 ZAR extra from Sep 1st. Request your attention. Thanks Sri ********** 712
