Worst service ever

I ordered material on 22 May and paid the full invoice. I have now cancelled the order and requested my money back. Still nothing from Cape Town office. a guy from Durban office is trying to assist me as he "feels sympathy for my circumstances. Waiting since 24 June for my refund.
