I bought a car in Renault fourways I never had such a terrible service in my life. firstly the car papers from the bank were wrong. the engine number and the bank papers didn't match. now they gave me a copy of a disk and the sales person say I can use that disk for my car, I have never hear of such thing before that I can use a copy of a license disk on my car. when i spoke to the sales person that helped me he said I must go to the post office to get the original disk and send him the bilI for a refund, I must now go stand in that long post office que, he's got someone that can do that, but no I must go do it. I'm really disappointed in their service I will never again buy anything from them ever it was the first and the last time.
