I took my cat for it's first service at Renault Menlyn yesterday, 9th September. I didn't know the process but I received such a kind and sweet lady that adviced on servicing. She assisted booking my vehicle in and keeping me updated throughout the day. We turn to take such for granted, but I genuinely want to show my appreciation to the company and her. Renault south africa since I can't get hold of Renault heidelberg. Bought my Renault with a non working spare key. A year and 6 months later I notice one tire on my car is very badly worn. Took it to a local wheel alignment shop they said I need to contact Renault since the car is still under warrantee etc they should sort this problem out. So I have a problem with my suspension I don't know for how long now coz I only saw recently one tire only is very badly worn. Now the salesman is ignoring me and I can't get hold of anyone at Renault heidelberg. No spare key since buying the car. And maybe a life threatening issue on my suspension. No answer at Renault heidelberg. Salesman ignores me. What am I to do. Wish I never bought this car. Very bad service

I bought my Renault Clio(2014 model) in 2018 at the Tokai branch , the sales person was Paul Longmore. My problem is i never got my spare key ive been following up for the past 3 years, i went to Tokai and i spoke to him he said he will come back to me he didnt i called Tokai branch and they said he moved to another branch in Paarden Eiland, i called Paarden Eiland they took my details but never got back to me. i need my spare key- this key that i have is faulty i struggle every morning to start the car and im scared that one day it wont even start. Im not going to run after Paul anymore im sure he moved to another branch already im just tired, i live in Table View imagine i have to drive to Tokai looking for a spare key that was suppose to be given to me in 2018 already

Bought a used 2015 Renault Stepway with 40 000 kilometers in 2018. Nothing disclosed about car by dealer. Clear coat on front bumper and bonnet all but gone and found out that car was definitely in an accident and was resprayed. Car is starting to fall apart but by now it is too late to complain. Just a heads up to future buyers to make sure you know the car history before purchasing. Car only has only 89 000 kilometers on it but looks 200k. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with dealers.

I bought a car in Renault fourways I never had such a terrible service in my life. firstly the car papers from the bank were wrong. the engine number and the bank papers didn't match. now they gave me a copy of a disk and the sales person say I can use that disk for my car, I have never hear of such thing before that I can use a copy of a license disk on my car. when i spoke to the sales person that helped me he said I must go to the post office to get the original disk and send him the bilI for a refund, I must now go stand in that long post office que, he's got someone that can do that, but no I must go do it. I'm really disappointed in their service I will never again buy anything from them ever it was the first and the last time.

Definitely worth the visit. Was shopping around for a new car. Visited this branch to browse the new cars in the showroom and to get some literature. Had a very good experience from the time I walked into the branch. The staff and sales team are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all their products. I was informed about various options and prices. I was even told and given an about the servicing costs for different models and the extended warranty options for the vehicles. Worth the visit.
