I was taken to trauma for chest pains on 2Jan 2026around midnight My 3 kids waited outside whilst a rude, insensitive nurse came Tru. I was made to lie on a couch with blooded sheet. She Put up a drip. N took Dr's orders to do an ecg. Give me 2x8mg xefo iv ect. They did bloods without asking me which lab I would prefer. I don't use any labs other than lancet lab. With who's permission was my blood tests run by Er internal lab. (an in house money making scheme) The Dr never came to see me until around 6am the next mng 3january 2026. Then I was told the Dr on call was not answering to have me admitted from 2am until around 6am So this Dr on call was having a good sleep n getting pd for sleeping in his bed. Then my children kept coming in one by one asking the nurse what's going on. The nurse ignored my children my 3 children by the way 1.an attorney for SAPS 2 psychologist 3.educator They where told my medical aid was inactive My daughter paid the cash fees at reception The night nurse told my children it will cost R40 000 for my admission.. MY children agreed Then the morning admissions lady came and said it was R60 000 My children still agreed. Cause they knew there was no issues with the medical aid. Maybe cause it was 2.jan.begining of the new year there could have been errors. That's when the Dr came touched my tummy and said shame you must be inalot of pain.. And she left. I refused to then be admitted around 7am I left and went to another medical center. I contacted the hospital to complain My complain was taken so lightly I had a meeting with Elton from Er. And 2 other staff members. Who promised to get back to me after the meeting. I sent Elton a message 2weeks after the meeting he said the lady to respond to me was on leave and when she gets back they will contact me. I tried contacting hospital manager numerous times she was away for a meeting.. Still waiting for her to contact me after leaving 11 messages. Via several messages and emails. One of the mails stated that I signed a RHT.. Who signed this. Cause I definitely did not. I asked for proof. N yet again. No reply from Umhlanga hospital. They just ghosted out I am still waiting.. 6weeks now During this time my medical aid was billed on the 6 January n they where paid. I requested all payments from my medical aid to be reversed. Cause if I was a cash patient when I got there how can you bill my medical aid. My chart clearly states private patient Now I'm receiving accounts from the Umhlanga Hospital to pay for my trauma visit. I responded via email to Elton Please provide me answers to my meeting with you'll with all my complaints. Rather than sending me bills. Coming to Umhlanga trauma was traumatic to me as a patient And to my children whom where treated so badly. They where disrespected.. And please can sumone tell me how was sleeping on a couch that had blood on the sheet... Umhlanga hospital answer me. By ignoring me. I am not backing down for the injustice that was done to me or my family. I have engaged with an attorney..
I placed an order for a meal. Am out of R350. Cedric said he delivered my order. Not realizing I have cameras at home.. He came hooterd and left with my meal. Well I can say he had a free meal for for the night paid by me. I tried contacting Uber eats but they do not have contact numbers u have to complain via the app. I did. N received a message there's nothing that can be done. I was not backing done. I made several attempts n calls. N got thru to Eugene manager of barcelos gateway. Who also didn't back down.. After 1month I received a mail for my refund of the meal.. Disgraceful to Uber eats. 110%to you Eugene Keep up the excellent customer service All franchise should learn from this guy...
I want to thank the manager of barcelos gateway Eugene. What a professional honorable man. I had ordered via Uber eats. Who did not deliver my order of 350.. I did not receive my order and lost my money. When I called in store I was told to contact Uber eats. After trying on the app. I failed I then decided to call in store. I spoke to Eugene. This guy told me if needs be he will come personally and deliver my meal.. Even though it was not his fault. The Uber driver never delivered my meal. Yet Eugene was empathetic. Kind. And respectful. He tried his best with Uber eats to either refund me or replace my meal After 1month I received a message from Uber eats that my refund for my order is being processed. Thank you Eugene./barcelos gateway for all your assistance with the injustice from Uber eats. It was not even his job, yet this manager fought for his customer and what was right. I hope all managers can learn from this gentleman. 100%to youvEugene
I HAD SOME BLOOD TESTS IN AUGUST 2023 WITH LAB24. IN SEPTEMBER 2023 I RECEIVEDCA CALL FROM LAB24. SPOKE TO COLLEEN. SHE ADVISED MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT PAID BY GEMS. I THEN CALLED MY MEDICAL AID WHO ADVISED ME THAT LAB24 USED INCORRECT ICD 10 CODES AND BILLED. SO I GOT BACK TO THE LADY COLLEN AND I GAVE HER ALL THE CORRECT CODES. (ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE DOCUMENTED. DATE AND TIMES) SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE CONTACTED ME BACK. HOWEVER I DIDNT GET ANY CALLS FROM LAB24. THEN IN JANUARY 2024 MY SON STARTED RECEIVING CALLS FROM AN ITCB COMPANY. I CALLED LAB24 SPOKE TO SASHA AND SHE TOLD ME SHE CUD NOT ASSIST ME AND I SHUD DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE COLLECTIONS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE HARRASED MY SON AT SCHOOL AND ON FEBRUARY 8TH MY SON HAD AN ANXIETY ATTACK. I IMMEDIATELY LEFT WORK AND WENT TO RIDGECROFT CONTAINER WHERE LAB24 HAS A SIGHT THERE. I WAS PREPARED TO PAY MY R500 WHICH WAS REDUCED BY THE OWNER DAYA RAMPERSAD FROM R700 TO R500. (I HAVE THAT CONFIRMATION.) THEN AS I WAS WAITING TO PAY AN OLD GENTLEMAN WAS HAVING ACCOUNTBPROBLEMS. AS THIS STAFF MEMBER WAS RECEIVING HIS PAYMENT EVERY MONTH AND KAB24 STATES THIS OLD PATIENT HAD NOT PAID. LISTENING TO THIS I WAS ABOUT TO PAY. AND THE LADY HELLEN SAYS ME SHE DOES NOT HAVE A RECEIPT BOOK TO ISSUE A RECEIPT. AS TGEY DO NOT GIVE RECEITS ANYMORE. I TOOK BACK MY R500 AND LEFT AFTER MAKING NOISE. AS THIS IS TOTALLY *******. AND SEEING THE PEOPLE HAVING ACCOUNT RELATED ISSUES LIKE THIS KAB24 CANNOT BE TRUSTED. HOWEVER. THE OWNER OF THE LAB DAYA THEN CALLED MY EMPLOYER AND COMPLAINED THAT I WAS RUDE TO HIS STAFF AND AKSO DISCUSSED MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. DAYA RAMPERSAD.. DO YOU KNOW THAT IS ******* AS ITS AGAINT THE POPI ACT. THEN I EMAILED THE ITCB COMPANY EXPLAINING THEM THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FIR THIS ACCOUNT AS LAB24 INCORRECTLY BILLED WITH WRONG ICD10 CODES. THEY WHERE SUPPOSE TO REBILL AND MY MEDICAL AID WAS GOING TO PAY. HOW IS THIS MY FAULT AND HIW AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INCOMPITENT STAFF THAT LAB24 HAS. 1STLY BEFORE HANDING OVER AN ACCOUNT THE CUSTOMER IS TO BE CONTACTED. AND EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER IS WILLING TO PAY. THAT CUSTOME CANNOT LEGALLY BE HANDED OVER AS LONG AS THETEVIS A PTP. A CUSTOMER IS ONLY HANDED OVER IF THEY REFUSE TO PAY. OR THEY ARE UNABLEBTO BE CONTACTED. IT DOESNT END HERE I THEN RECEIVED A CALL FROM DAYA RAMPETSAD (THEBOWNER) WHO THREATENED AND INSULTED ME. HE EVEN STATED THST HE DONT CARE THEY WILL CONTINUE TI CONTACT MY SON(NOT EVEN BOTHETED THAT I EXPLAINED MY CHIKD HAS ANXIETY ISSUES. (I HAVE CALL RECORDER ON MY CELL AND THIS CALL IS RECORDED). DAYA RAMPETSAD ARE YOU THAT CHEAP WITH NO ETHICS THAT YOU GAD TO CALL ME YOURSELF AND DEMAND PAYMENT. IT IS DISGRACEFUL AND ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC FOR A CEO TO DO SUMTHING LIKE THIS. YOU ARE DISGUSTING DAYA RAMPETSAD. GET YOUR STAFF IN ORDER SO THAT YOUR BILLING ACCOUNTS ARE CORRECT. AND DONT HARASS AND TREATEN PPLE FOR MONEYS THAT ARE NOT DUE TO YOU. HOWEVER I IMMEDIATELY PAID THE R701.50 THAT WAS OWING TO LAB24. AND DIDNT EVEN CARE ABOUT THEIR R200 DISCOUNT. CAUSEBI THINK THEY REALLY NEEDED MY R700. WHICH IS FREE MONEY TO LAB24.. SHAME ON YOU LAB24 I WOULD LUKE TO AFVISE ANYINEBOUT THERE NOT TO USE LAB24. 1ST THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED. AND THEY ARE UNTRUSTABLE. PLEASE USE ACCREDITED LABORORATORIES AND SpEND R10 OR R20 more and get accurate results. If anyone else is facing incorrect billing and demanding to oay lab24 any account. Please contact me.
I visited Dr kasoojee from mt edgecombe plaza for my eye test 2mnth ago.i had paid cash for my optical test.in fact I didn't want an eye test I just wanted a test to see if I had glycoma.as I was previously diagnosed by another opt.however wen I went in they sed I had to do a full eye test.which I did.i called in today fir the script of my eye test.n I was told there was a fee I had to pay..I queried as to y.the lady told me that it was requested by her boss.i can't understand.y must I pay for my scrip.when I had already pd for my test.this is a total *******..so this means if a gp will consult me.n il hav to pay for the script separately to get my meds..how is this fair.when I had medical aid..Mrs kassojjee was happy to see n assist me.n shevwas veryyy nuce to me.now that I'm not on medical aid as I'm changing over I'm treated vso very badly.i m in the process of reporting this to hpcsa.i called now to get the email address n practice no.n I was refused this.n now I'm even afraid that they would giv me an incorrect script
My hubby went to cell c phoenix plaza on Friday 21st july at approximately 4pm.they had taken out a contract.the next day my daughter called the sales lady n told her there was a problem with the phone.the sakes agent told my 20yr old daughter that she could not return the phone. The next day Sunday the 23rd .my husband n daughter went back there.n same reply.they could not take the phone back..on Monday mng after 24hrs of night shift I waited outside the store until they opened.i spoke to the manager.n his reply was he could not deal with me.as I was not the customer.fair enough.he also stated that I must email my complaint to cell c cause there was nothing the store could do..i also asked him hiw competent n qualified his staff member was.his reply was.we dont expect her to know everything. She just knows the basic.he even stated that customers walk in on their own.they did not force my hubby to take the contract..A WOW FOR YOU THERE SIR..WHY DO YOUR ADVERTISE SO MUCH IF YOU DIDNT REQUIRE OUR BUSINESS.i have recorded this conversation....I emailed cell c same day. received a reference no.with my complaint.no one has gotten back to me to this day.on Tuesday the 25th.i tried calling the no.given to me..no one answered that call..I even called the phoenix plaza office n left a message there [I have the derails of the person] to get a hold of that sore n ask them to contact us.no one did.then Wednesday.the 26th July after work my hubby took my daughter n went there.eventually they hav take the phone n sent it to the repairs dept.in the mean while..I had to get a new phone fir my daughter.as she is a 2rd year law student n receives most of her lectures n assignments via her phone.now I am sitting with no phone an an un wanted contract with cell c.where they hav lacked in there services.n now say that we cannot cancel this.it was from. The very next day we wer trying to get assistance from them.with no help..TERRIBLE ATTITUDE OF THE MANGER..BAD SERVICE QUALITY.N NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF THE SALES AGENT.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE.N NOR DEAL WITH CELL C..all I require is to cancel this contract.which they are persistent in saying that we cannot do so.i am prepared to go to court n get this resolved.as I have all my calls,reference no.recorded conversation with the manager.
I visited salon cleo in Phoenix this mng.after some gossiping between a black female and an Indian female I was attended to.i requested that I need curls and just to note that my hair us only shoulder lenghth.the lady quoted Me R1600.OMW..then she continued to negotiate to R1100 without shaping or trimming my hair.then she goes a step ahead n says that they use professional .products..all salons say the same thing..where as you all purcase from the same supplier..however i then agreed.whilst I was taken to the wash basen these ladies continue to have their secret talks which made me uncomfortable.she washed my hair and I told her I don't want to proceed cause I was not comfortable being there.she sed ok I must pay for the wash only..I was ok with that..but guess what ...she told me R70 to only wash my hair..i asked the lady y so much..she replied that i was not their customer...lol..absolutely rediculous..no drying..no setting..nothing..SALON CLEO YOURLL ARE A RIP OFF..fotR60 I get my hair wash and setted which I do weekly due to work ..unfortunately my hairdresser not far away from them was not available..that's the only reason I went to salon cleo..

Came in this mng ro doppio zero at umhlanga n ordered breakfast for hubby n myself.we found a strand of something looks like a hair..asked for assistance.a nanager came amd explained it was from the mushroom.ok so I asked y it was in the meal .she could not answer..very sad ..bad service.lack of hygiene bad presentation of food served.
I have visited Dr surajballi in Phoenix 3weeks ago.i was happy with the Dr. However I was totally dissapointed with the response and assistance I have received from the reception.i had requested my diagnosis report on the 1st day of my visit.i had not received it.i had a prescription emailed to me with 2eye drops.but no orders as to when I should use it.i rhen used 1 in the mng n 1 at night.i then had severe vision impairment.i tried numerous x calling but no one answered nor did anyone return my call.i then had a flow up appointment. Which was not confirmed.i again tried calling with no assistance.i eventually had to go to the rooms personly to get my appointment. Amd then again I requested my report.i did not receive it.after my appointment.i was surpose to be given another prescription which I did not receive together with my report.yet again I called at reception and requested this.ni response gone 3days.i tried calling 19x on Monday which I spoke to the lady 2x but still did not receive it.iwhwn eventuly i sed the lady i wad gna askmy medical aid to stop payment.about 15 min after that i received it.i requested for this to ne sent to my dr.which was not even done.after such a long wait then I get it.it had no details besides of me having glycoma.it was not even a complete report. Dr surajballi I appreciate your service you really are very good.however I will not recommend anyone to visit your rooms due to the lack of professionalism received.if your staff is overworked you should consider another staff to assist with paperwork.VERY DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICES RECEIVED
