GREAT OPTOMETRIST
Not only am i staff, but i am also a patient at this practice, and k. a kasoojee does an amazing job, she is always for the people and is an amazing optometrist, it literally feels like home away from home, and her eyetests are simply incredible, and she is to the T, my whole family go to her because she makes them feel comfortable and does a spectacular job, and has the most amazing eyewear.

GREAT OPTOMETRIST
Not only am i staff, but i am also a patient at this practice, and k. a kasoojee does an amazing job, she is always for the people and is an amazing optometrist, it literally feels like home away from home, and her eyetests are simply incredible, and she is to the T, my whole family go to her because she makes them feel comfortable and does a spectacular job, and has the most amazing eyewear.

Greedy Optometrist Kassojee
My husband and I visited the Mount edgecombe, Hillhead branch to get a frame cos the glasses we got from them broke twice cos of cheap quality frames and had to pay both times and on the last visit we wanted to replace his frame again which was 800 rand every time we replaced it. Then the new ppl we saw there insisted we redo eye tests and it costed us 450 for me and my husband, we ordered his glasses and the new optician who is a junior did his eye test and multifocals. I kept asking for kassojee but they were always not available on every visit. I asked for my prescription which I was charged 450 for but they kept using delay tactics and never did get the script to me. This afternoon I get a WhatsApp saying kassojee wants and additional 390 to email me my script, which is bull****. I was not confident in the script and wanted a second opinion, since she has junior girls working for her who are ***********. They don't even get the phone numbers correct to have common courtesy to follow up on the patient butvery fast to ask for money and swipe our debit cards. I don't recommend them. Il never give them business after my horrible experience with them. Greedy and overcharge for nonsense. R 390 to send an email. I don't advise ppl to go to them. My husband ordered multifocals too, but can't see distance and he is a driver. Lots of customers are having incorrect prescription spectacles with them lately. I'm very annoyed and disgusted with them. ******* services.

I visited Dr kasoojee from mt edgecombe plaza for my eye test 2mnth ago.i had paid cash for my optical test.in fact I didn't want an eye test I just wanted a test to see if I had glycoma.as I was previously diagnosed by another opt.however wen I went in they sed I had to do a full eye test.which I did.i called in today fir the script of my eye test.n I was told there was a fee I had to pay..I queried as to y.the lady told me that it was requested by her boss.i can't understand.y must I pay for my scrip.when I had already pd for my test.this is a total *******..so this means if a gp will consult me.n il hav to pay for the script separately to get my meds..how is this fair.when I had medical aid..Mrs kassojjee was happy to see n assist me.n shevwas veryyy nuce to me.now that I'm not on medical aid as I'm changing over I'm treated vso very badly.i m in the process of reporting this to hpcsa.i called now to get the email address n practice no.n I was refused this.n now I'm even afraid that they would giv me an incorrect script
