The stylists have no talent and are unable to create the look you desire. They were unable to create up styles I requested and created styles I was not happy with. Being an Indian person with Indian hair, I was told our hair cannot be plaited to create a side-braided up style. The stylists only can create styles from 10 years ago. They could not even create a teased look as requested. Please think twice if you decide to book an appointment for up styles or simple curls. You don't want to leave a salon in an emotional and angry way, especially when you have an important event to attend.

I visited salon cleo in Phoenix this mng.after some gossiping between a black female and an Indian female I was attended to.i requested that I need curls and just to note that my hair us only shoulder lenghth.the lady quoted Me R1600.OMW..then she continued to negotiate to R1100 without shaping or trimming my hair.then she goes a step ahead n says that they use professional .products..all salons say the same thing..where as you all purcase from the same supplier..however i then agreed.whilst I was taken to the wash basen these ladies continue to have their secret talks which made me uncomfortable.she washed my hair and I told her I don't want to proceed cause I was not comfortable being there.she sed ok I must pay for the wash only..I was ok with that..but guess what ...she told me R70 to only wash my hair..i asked the lady y so much..she replied that i was not their customer...lol..absolutely rediculous..no drying..no setting..nothing..SALON CLEO YOURLL ARE A RIP OFF..fotR60 I get my hair wash and setted which I do weekly due to work ..unfortunately my hairdresser not far away from them was not available..that's the only reason I went to salon cleo..

After chatting with the owner, Nivi, I was convinced that I will have my bridal make-up done at Salon Cleo (Phoenix). I went further to book a make-up trial with them at 08h30 on a Sunday which was confirmed via email. I then called on Friday to make 100% sure about the appointment but the make-up artist was busy with a client and never returned my call like I requested so I stopped at the salon on Saturday only to be told that my the make-up artist (Lenisha Govender) that her boss wants me to pay extra if they open at 08h30...I was never advised that they only open at 09h00. Nevertheless, I set my appointment for 09h00 and advised Lenisha that I had a wedding to attend at 10h00. I got to the Salon timeously and sat there till 09h45 and Lenisha never showed up. The other lady at the salon called her several times to establish her location but she didnt want to disclose that. I then asked to speak to her but Lenisha hung up the call. I had no option but to rush out of Salon Cleo in a very emotional state. They are very unreliable and I will definitely not trust them with my bridal make-up or anything else going foward.
