unhappy customer
On Saturday the 04/03/2023 I bought tastewheat from pick and pay in eastrand Mall, I found a living flying insect inside the sealed not sure how that happened. This is very inconveniencing please advise how such a thing can happen. Your respond is highly appreciated. Matshidiso Mpele

COMPLAINT OF POOR SERVICE
Good day The level of service from cell c has dropped tremendously, my sim is not working I've been calling you last week for about three days and still even today my problem hasn't been resolved. I was told my sim is damaged I must buy a new sim which I did, I came back with the sim called and tried to do a swim swap to my surprise I was told I failed the verification test about my self which I don’t understand why. Please can I request a copy of the recording where I gave you my personal information when I took this contract and see where I went wrong. I need an urgent respond in this regard and please bear in mind that this is the second week without a phone, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I would really appreciate your urgent respond. bad service
I bought a car in Renault fourways I never had such a terrible service in my life. firstly the car papers from the bank were wrong. the engine number and the bank papers didn't match. now they gave me a copy of a disk and the sales person say I can use that disk for my car, I have never hear of such thing before that I can use a copy of a license disk on my car. when i spoke to the sales person that helped me he said I must go to the post office to get the original disk and send him the bilI for a refund, I must now go stand in that long post office que, he's got someone that can do that, but no I must go do it. I'm really disappointed in their service I will never again buy anything from them ever it was the first and the last time.

I HAD TWO LAYBUYS @ FOSCHINI AND I PAID BOTH LAYBUYS AND THEN THEY SEND ME MESSAGES THAT I OWE R199 I PAID THAT LAST WEEK TODAY 20/08/15 THEY SEND ME A MESSAGE THAT I OWE THEM R199 WHAT HAPPENED TO THE AMOUNT PAID LAST WEEK?
