Poor communication.

I cancelled my order as I no longer needed the product. I Was initially told a R50 penalty as it had already been shipped, then I was told it would be a 35% penalty , only because I followed up if the order was cancelled since I did not see any refund. I've had to ask several times to have the order cancelled. The communication has also been tardy. Not impressed.
