Useless service provider
Actually less than 1 star. This has got to be The most useless team of service providers appointed by Outsurance to fix a non compliant geyser pipe and remove and replace damaged ceiling. IT TOOK 4 ATTEMPTS TO REPLACE SOME CEILING BOARDS, CRETESTONE AND PAINT THE CEILING and they ran away today, yes literally ran off the property with yet another gorge left under a glob of paint they thought i wouldnt see. Be warned people, don't be like me and leave the insurance company to appoint a service provider, always get someone you trust. I'm sickened after waiting for 4 weeks to have my space back again that these ***********s were ever allowed to grace the floors of my home.

Imvusa Trading Pathetic Scammers
What ever you do, please never ever use Imvusa Trading for your home improvements, they are pathetic to say the very least! You never ever get a call back, they never ever say when you should expect them, you as the customer need to run after them. I have never in my life seen a company so unorganized and messed up! It's close to a month now and we've been waiting for them come come build a Nutec at least it house, no response or feedback. Their building manager Mansoor keeps dodging calls. They've received the full payment but no service at all. I honestly wish someone warned us before! But if you thought of using them... HOU VERBY! They were very happy to take our funds, but the minute it came to delivering a service, they have failed us miserably!

What ever you do, please never ever use Imvusa Trading for your home improvements, they are pathetic to say the very least! You never ever get a call back, they never ever say when you should expect them, you as the customer need to run after them. I have never in my life seen a company so unorganized and messed up! Don't use this company. They use rejected timber to save cost. Nothing is straight and timber is warped, full of bark and knots that fall out. Gaps in the floor and very uneven with nails and ***** sticking out. Once they have your money... You on the back burner. Lining is uneven and cut badly with big off angle gaps. The sales teams pitch is good but thats where it ends. And the audacity to ask me to sign off the job. F*** you Imvusa, I have to pay 6k to fix the floor alone. They can't even hang a door properly. 2 months of stress for a piece of sh** nutec. No pvc conduits for wiring which should be standard in wendy or nutec. Floor planks started breaking where the knots are and i have to fix it myself. The distribution board is so close to the door it gets banged when i open the door... Fire hazard of note. The gaps in the nutec sheets were so big they had to use wood planks to close it. My nutec looks more like a wendy house. I'm taking this up with Nedbank. Gemos puppet company

Stay very far away from this scammers!!!
Unprofessional and incompetent staff at Port Elizabeth branch.Don't use the guys they don't know what they doing,they are chancers and scammers.Uneven floors,roof not level,cheap material,paper thin roof sheets,very thin floor planks.Drywalling looks like its been done by a 3year old.Staff working unsupervise and nobody takes leadership and responsibility. When trying to get a manager out to come and look and see what the Wendy house looks like,then he is not available. Anyhow we taking this matter further they messing with the wrong people,so much money for poor workmanship.

Very Poor Service
I am very disappointed with this finance company, who is unable to assist me with a Nu0-Tec home, as I have completed the application. I have provided my Password to gain access to my payslips, yet no is checking their emails or bother to call me back. I really thought this company was the best as I was recommended by a friend.

Very Poor Service
